The seventh annual conference of the Legislative Scientific Society granted Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, an honorary fellowship of the association and honored him, within the activities of the conference, which was held under the title “Financial and Monetary Policies and their Role in Supporting National Industry” under the patronage of Dr. Mohamed Maait, Minister of Finance, and in the presence of prof. Rabeh Ratib, Chairman of the Conference, Major General Dr. Mohamed Fawzi, Deputy Head of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Ahmed Galal, former Minister of Finance, Dr. Khaled Zaaloul, Vice President of the Conference, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Adly and Dr. Maged Abutakia, the rapporteurs of the conference, in one of the major hotels in Cairo.
Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani thanked Dr. Mohamed Moait, Minister of Finance, for his efforts to achieve stability in the Egyptian economy
He also extended his thanks to Dr. Rayeh Rateeb, President of the Scientific Society for Tax Legislation and Conference Rapporteur, and we appreciate the association’s role in spreading tax awareness, which contributes to the success of all development projects in the Egyptian state.
The university president stressed that the Egyptian state is taking ambitious and deliberate steps towards achieving reform, comprehensive development and development in all sectors, to be able to compete regionally and internationally, adding that the conference is one of the important economic conferences, which focuses on supporting the national industry, by reviewing the importance of the role of financial policies and cash to encourage investments in the industrial sector and remove all obstacles and challenges.
Dr. Rabeh Rateeb added that the conference included four important sessions, namely coordination between fiscal and monetary policies in order to support industry, the impact of fiscal policies in supporting national industry, the challenges facing the industrial sector and future prospects, and the role of legislation in national industries.
He welcomed the guests of the conference, which brings together many symbols, state leaders, university professors, researchers, and professionals, who have clear imprints and a long history in the Egyptian tax process, explaining that the conference will conclude with a number of important, applicable recommendations in order to support the national industry.
