The Duties of the Staff Members
There are many duties which must be known for the staff members and must be committed such as keeping way from(avoiding) the academic and professional behaviors which harms the university reputation, or make bad use of the university name for his interests and finally not to work outside the university until get the university approval
- Teaching the allocated curricula
- Extra teaching in necessity
- Prepare the exams of his subjects
- Participate with the department members in preparing the academic plan and develop the department programs
- Conduct researches, studies and workshops and participate in the team researches
- Supervise the researches and thesis of the students
- Guide the post graduate students
- Keep up to date in his specialization and read what is new in the periodical and researches
- Make analysis which participates in present knowledge and serve the society
- Participate in the sessions of the department council, committees and different assemblies in the university
