In the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.. *The President of Sohag University participates with the Coptic in their Christmas celebration at the Cathedral of Christ in the Administrative Capital.

Dr. Hassan Al-Noamani, President of Sohag University, shared with the Coptic their Christmas celebrations

At the headquarters of Cathedral in the New Administrative Capital, in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria, Patriarch of the St Mark, an elite group of senior statesmen, a number of ministers, ambassadors, public figures, members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, and a group of bishops and priests

Dr. Hassan Al-Numani expressed his great happiness in participating in the celebration of the anniversary of the birth of Jesus Christ – peace be upon him – whose birth was a birth of goodness and peace.

Al-Noamani praised President Sisi’s speech in which he stressed that this year will be the end of a difficult period that has passed for the entire world, in addition to the position of the Egyptian state regarding the Palestinian issue, which always seeks a ceasefire and the introduction of aid to alleviate the suffering of the brothers in Gaza, praying to the Almighty God.

 May these days bring goodness to all the Coptic brothers and all the Egyptian people, and may we all enjoy security, safety and stability.”

The President of the University expressed his appreciation, respect and pride to President Eid al-Fattah al-Sisi and Pope Tawadros and to all those present, praising the atmosphere and spirit of friendliness and love that connect the two components of the nation and the feelings of religious tolerance that distinguish the Egyptian people from other peoples, and that Egypt will remain a country of security and safety for all Egyptians.
