The Center for Sustainable Development at Sohag University reviews the future work plan with the center’s coordinators in the faculties

Prof  Khalid Omran, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, met with the coordinators of the Center for Sustainable Development in the university’s faculties, to discuss the future plan for the center and work mechanisms during the coming period, in the presence of prof . Hamdi Hassanein, director of the center, Prof. Talaat Ali, Coordinator of faculty of Engineering, Prof. Mamdouh Fawzi Coordinator of faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Ali Mohamed, Coordinator of faculty of Science, Dr. Nada Abdel Mohsen, Coordinator of faculty of Medicine, Dr. Abdel Alim Saad, Coordinator of faculty of Agriculture, Eng. Mohamed Issa, Director of the Environmental Affairs Agency, and Dr. Reham Mohamed Ali, Director of the Handicrafts and Environmental Industries Center.

Prof. Mustafa Abdel-Khalek, stressed the university’s interest in sustainable development and the dissemination of its goals in various sectors inside and outside the university, in implementation of Egypt’s Vision 2030, harnessing all its distinguished human and scientific capabilities, in order to contribute to increasing environmental awareness among employees of the university’s faculties and to achieve maximum benefit from the capabilities provided by the university and the Egyptian state for sustainable activities
