\nDr. Mostafa Abdel-Khalek, President of Sohag University, and Dr. Hassan Al-Numani, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research and President of Students for Egypt, witnessed the activities of the educational symposium organized by Students for Egypt under the title \u201cLegal Problems of Illegal Immigration\u201d, which was presented by Counselor Dr. Khaled Al-Qadi, President of the Court of Appeal. Cairo, in the presence of Dr. Abdel Nasser Yassin, Vice President of the University for Education and Students, Dr. Rabeh Ratib Basta, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law, Counselor Jamal Abu Kreisha, President of the Judges Club, a group of members of the House of Representatives, a group of religious, judicial and political men, a group of deans of faculties and faculty members University and students from different faculties of the university.
\nDuring his speech, Dr. Mostafa Abdel-Khaleq welcomed Counselor Khaled Al-Qadi, the thinker and legal writer, who added a lot through his fifty books, stressing that this symposium is part of a series of educational and awareness-raising seminars that the university is keen to organize during the year and targets its students in order to educate and educate them, to stay away from such Negative behaviors that affect the safety of the individual and society, appreciating the role of Students for Egypt in organizing these events throughout the year and extending a helping hand to their fellow students and the outside community.
\nDr. Hassan Al-Numani welcomed the university guest, expressing his thanks and appreciation to him for enduring the hardships of travel and his keenness to meet our students, pointing out that Students for Egypt was keen to organize this symposium in order to shed light on the reality of the danger of illegal immigration to both individuals and countries, no matter how many. Its reasons, stressing during his speech the need for youth and students to be interested in science, acquire skills and keep pace with the times, to create job opportunities for themselves, whether at the local or international level.
\nAt the beginning of his speech, Counselor Khaled Al-Qadi praised Sohag University and its scholars, and this giant scientific edifice that provides its scientific and research services for more than 50 years, thanking the students for Egypt and their activities that contribute to achieving sustainable development for the Egyptian state\u2019s 2030 vision.
\nDuring the lecture, Al-Qadi spoke about the concept of illegal immigration and discussed the legal framework for immigration on a large scale, its causes and effects, and the damages resulting from it in terms of economic, health and psychological aspects, and the extent of its negative impact on the individual and society. Some explanatory videos of illegal immigration were also presented, recommending at the end His speech on the importance of spreading awareness within society of its seriousness and harmful effects.
\nDr. Rabih Ratib also thanked the university administration for its interest in holding educational seminars in various fields in general and in the field of law in particular, as it is a beacon of culture and enlightenment for the Sohagi community.
\nRepresentative Mohamed Ezzat Al-Qadi, a member of the House of Representatives and a member of the Parliament\u2019s Foreign Relations Committee, also reviewed during the symposium the efforts of the Egyptian state in combating illegal immigration and protecting youth, and establishing a national legislative framework to combat smuggling of migrants, stressing that the Egyptian state looks at young immigrants with compassion and that they are not criminals.
\nAt the end of the meeting, the door for dialogue and discussion was opened with the students to answer their questions and inquiries. Then the president of the university and his vice chancellor, Khaled Al-Qadi, presented him with the shield of the university, as thanks and appreciation.<\/p>\n
