The faculty was established in 2014 by the ministerial decision number 415.and at the faculty started in 2015-2016.
Mission and vision
The Vision
- The faculty aspires to be a distinguished and scientific institution in the legal learning, training fields , legal and judiciary studies and researches fields.
- The faculty also aims to be qualified for the preparation of graduates capable of competing locally, regionally and internationally.
The Mission
The faculty aspires to prepare human resources qualified technically and professionally in the different fields of law, arbitrary and legal practice.
The faculty also aims at mitigating the burdens of judiciary job, it also works on the development of study systems and legal research to be at the level of the state- of- the- art systems, promote the level of bachelor and post graduate studies and present the advisory services and legal training and experiences which meets the needs of the state in the social and economic development.

- Provide the students with the knowledge of the developed basic theories in different fields of public and private law.
- Enable the students to develop their practical and mental skills and develop their educational abilities.
- Enhance the applied and professional side of the theoretical and legal sciences of the students and build their own confidence and ability to solve the problems.
- Develop the special skills and abilities of pleading and litigation procedures.
- Enable the students to conduct the legal researches and essays at the final year.
- Enable the students to use the different work skills.
- Develop or promote the student efficiency in the logic thinking and debate in the legal discussions.
- Enhance the ethics and values of the judiciary and legal work.
The used ways to achieve the faculty goals:
- Make a complete academic plan which takes into consideration the region and the environment of the faculty.
- Giving work to distinguished staff members.
- Use easy academic schedule.
- Develop the various education sources such as electronic and paper periodicals.
- Use the state-of –the-art manners and curricula in teaching the academic curricula.
- Encourage the students to conduct the researches.
- Get benefit from the researches of the staff members in the development of curricula’ contents.
- Use modern learning and teaching Technics.
- Mix between the traditional learning and the E-learning.
- Take the international dimension into consideration through making scientific cooperation agreements with universities and law schools all over the world and bring staff members to give lectures and train the students.

Scientific outputs
When the student finished his study, he will be able to do the following:
- Know very well the concepts and the basic rules of the comparative Egyptian law.
- Link the new laws with jurisprudential and legislative attitudes of the Latin, Arab and Anglo American schools.
- Compare between the different jurisprudential , legislative and jurisprudence solutions.
- Apply the lawful rules correctly on the real cases.
- Analyze the materialistic facts, lawful behaviors and the different cases.
- Explains and evaluate the lawful texts according to the concepts, principles, values of the lawful systems.
- Achieve a creative innovative research according to the curricula of the known law research.
- Master the use of the different knowledge sources in both Arabic and English
- Write and formulate the agreements, contracts ,regulations, memorandum and judicial decisions.
- Master the use of information techniques in the lawful and jurisprudence works.
- Knows very well how to display his thoughts, explains the cases and present pleading.
- Work in a team work smoothly.
- Speak in front of the audience confidently and fluently.
